Conductor, graduated in classical piano at Tatui Conservatoire, in 1964. In 1966, wins the Regional Piano Contest in Massena, United States, concluding his basic studies at Potsdam Central School, New York. He also studied with Arthur Frackenpohl and Raymond Schinner and Tony Maiello, at Crane School of Music (New York). From 1984 to 2008 was the Director at Tatui Conservatoire.

As an arranger, he has been writing for various musical groups, such as Campinas Symphonic Orchestra, Brazilian Wind Orchestra, Paulista Symphonic Orchestra, Youth Symphonic Orchestra, São Paulo State Symphonic Band, Gallery Jazz Band, among others.

As conductor and arranger, he worked with Wagner Tiso, Hector Costita, Victor Biglione, Altamiro Carrilho, Nivaldo Ornellas, Toquinho, Edu Lobo, Luis Melodia, Quarteto em Cy and others, in live concerts and recordings. Recently he conducted two concerts with trumpetist Marvin Stamm (USA) Currently he is devoted to electronic music, working with synthesizers, sequencers, samplers and computers.

He was the general coordinator of the "Dr. Luis Arrobas Martins" Winter Festival, the traditional "Campos do Jordao Winter Festival" in some editions. He created the Program to Harness Bands, "Pro Bandas", developed by the State Culture Office, supporting bands and fanfares in Sao Paulo State. Recently he recorded three CDs with singer and songwriter Toquinho, as arranger, pianist and conductor.

In 2002, he was invited by Jo Soares, that has an important talk show on the most popular TV channel in Brazil, to produce the musical score for the "Frankensteins" play, marking the return of Jo to directing a drama play. In an article published at newspaper “O Estado de S. Paulo", they mention: "...the music was originally composed for the show, by conductor Antonio Carlos Neves". "The sonority is beautiful", says Jo, with delight.


Antonio Carlos Cabral Campos is an industrial design graduate, currently dedicated to editing and copying scores, he has taught computing applied to music (Sibelius) during the Pro Bandas a project of the Secretary of Culture – State of Sao Paulo.

Marcelo Silva Franco started to study music when he was five, at the Tatuí Conservatoire, and then moved on to study saxophone, had orchestration and arrangement lessons with conductor Antonio C. Neves Campos and then studied in music, he taught musical (Sibelius) at the III Winter Course in Tatui, and today works with copying, restoring and publishing music .
